Khate Lessard – Artist, Advocate, and Authentic Voice of a Generation Khate Lessard is a Montreal-based singer-songwriter, content creator, and LGBTQ+ advocate who first rose to national prominence in 2019 as the first transgender woman to appear on Quebec’s hit reality TV show Occupation Double. Since then, Khate has become a powerful symbol of visibility, self-love, and authenticity, using her growing platform of over 360,000 followers to inspire and uplift a new generation. A dynamic and multi-talented creator, Khate has channeled her voice into both activism and music. In 2020, she released her autobiography Khate, simple et fabuleuse, an intimate and moving account of her personal journey—one that resonated deeply with audiences across Quebec.
